An invitation-only gathering of up to 100 senior LPs, family offices, institutional investors and GPs — hosted in Dubrovnik by CVCA. Built for meaningful meetings and candid exchange, not high-volume fundraising.
Buy a ticket or request an invitation. Attendance is curated and deliberately limited to preserve the senior, investor-led character of the event.
A private equity and venture capital gathering for a carefully selected group of limited partners, family offices, institutional investors and general partners — hosted in Dubrovnik, distinctly European in character.
This is not a trade fair. There are no crowded halls or rushed introductions. The programme combines keynote insight, fireside conversation, LP-only peer exchange, an Emerging Managers Showcase, pre-arranged LP–GP meetings and informal networking across receptions, lunches and dinners.
The goal is simple: the right room, with the right people, at the right time.
The core of the event — where Europe’s private-market decision-makers debate what actually moves returns.
Turning geopolitical disruption and shifting global capital flows into private-market opportunity.
Meeting LP expectations on DPI, cash returns and portfolio transparency.
What it will take for European capital and founders to build the world’s most valuable companies again.
With the infrastructure layer maturing, value shifts to applications — AI is reshaping every business, and with it venture and private-equity theses, portfolios and strategies.
Fees, terms and reporting — best market practice and candid peer-to-peer exchange.
Differentiation, track record, team depth and strategy fit in a more disciplined market.
Why emerging managers deserve a chance — and why mid-fund-cycle track record is often overrated.
Creating and realising value in a volatile and fast-changing market.
Attendance is reserved primarily for senior LPs, GPs, family offices, institutional investors and invited speakers. Service-provider participation is limited to a small number of exclusive sponsors — preserving the investor-led nature of the room.
Participation focused on decision-makers and experienced private-market professionals.
A predominantly European room of LPs and GPs, complemented by selected investors from other global markets.
Pre-arranged 1:1 meetings put participants in front of the people most relevant to their mandates.
Separate Chatham House breakfasts give family offices and institutional LPs trusted, candid space.
Selected emerging managers present their strategies to seasoned investors.
Framed by the Adriatic, historic Dubrovnik and carefully chosen networking moments.
Confirmed speakers, in the order of appearance in the main-day conference programme. The line-up is growing as further speakers are confirmed.
Titles and affiliations are shown as confirmed at the time of publication; the line-up is growing as further speakers join.
A welcome evening, a full main conference day, and an optional excursion to Konavle — with many reasons to stay for every conversation.
The event is hosted at Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik, a landmark seaside hotel with views of the Adriatic and the Old Town, within walking distance of the historic centre.
A focused private-market event benefits from more than a conference room. Welcome drinks on the terrace, seaside dinners and the optional Konavle excursion set a rhythm that is structured enough to be productive and relaxed enough for real relationships to form.
Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) is roughly 25 minutes from the hotel. Organised transfers are provided on the excursion day.
Preferred rate for participants. Event guests can book Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik at a discounted rate using promo code CVCA on the hotel website — adriaticluxuryhotels.com.
Institutional investors, pension funds, development finance institutions, funds-of-funds, insurers, asset managers and other LPs allocating to private markets.
Single and multi-family offices investing directly, through funds or via co-investment strategies.
Established and emerging private equity, venture, growth, mezzanine, debt and specialised alternative fund managers.
Senior investors, fund managers and ecosystem leaders contributing to the programme — plus a small number of approved exclusive sponsors.
You can buy a ticket directly, or request an invitation and the CVCA team will follow up. Either route, attendance is curated to keep the room senior, relevant and investor-led.
Registrations are reviewed for fit with the LP–GP format — profile, seniority and investment relevance.
For group registrations or any questions on eligibility, write to the organiser at mirna.marovic@cvca.hr.
Tickets can be purchased directly above. To protect the senior, investor-led character of the gathering, the organiser reviews registrations and — in the rare event that a registration falls outside the intended audience of qualifying LPs and GPs — reserves the right to cancel the ticket and return the full amount paid. The great majority of registrations are confirmed without issue.
CVCA promotes the development of private equity and venture capital in Croatia and across South East and Central & Eastern Europe. Its members back high-growth companies, innovation and entrepreneurship — and the wider private-market investment culture of the region.
The LP–GP Networking Event is supported by a small, carefully chosen group of sponsors aligned with its investor-led character.
The Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) is one of the key institutional investors and market builders of Croatia’s private equity and venture capital ecosystem. Through investments in venture capital, private equity and mezzanine funds, and its long-standing partnership with the European Investment Fund (EIF), HBOR has played a pivotal role in developing the domestic investment ecosystem, strengthening the fund-management industry and expanding access to alternative sources of finance for Croatian companies.
To date, HBOR has committed approximately EUR 130 million across 11 investment funds, which have completed more than 230 investments in Croatian companies while mobilising a multiple of private capital — helping lay the foundations for a sustainable private equity and venture capital market, supporting innovative and high-potential businesses and strengthening the competitiveness of the Croatian economy.
A focused group. A senior audience. A setting built for trust, candour and long-term relationships — for investors and fund managers who value substance over scale.
